Big Ocean leaders at every level train women leaders to gather information on issues facing women and families through research, the media, conferences, and through a network of other organizations. This information is then shared with Big Ocean women members, reframing where necessary to help women create proactive solutions and tools to further strengthen individuals and families.
Big Ocean women regularly meet in local cottages that are led by trained volunteers to learn about our Big Ocean philosophy and about the current world situation. As these women are provided with current information, they work together to implement generative solutions, including providing service on a variety of levels.
We use media to share our stories and messages in the public square and to encourage collaboration between groups of women worldwide.
